Seriously?!! Yes, it’s really me….I’m back, 3rd time’s a charm….

Music has always been a constant thread in my life. I started playing violin when I was 9, piano for 3 years and studied acting and voice. I just started playing the esraj (cousin of the sitar) and have no idea what I’m doing.

This year marks my 15th year in Myrtle Beach (I’d say I’m a local) and I love living here. You’ll never hear me complain about the heat, but I’m not much for the cold. My full time gig is PR with CentraArchy Restaurant Company. I’m also a certified life coach and yoga instructor at Shanti Yoga Studio. Yoga has become who I am by making apparent the inner light thereby creating joy. This discipline teaches us to float inward and find stillness within the movement, bringing a sense of balance and peace to the constant motion of our world.
When I have free time, you can find me practicing yoga, reading, cooking and hanging out with family and friends or parked on the beach-my favorite place on the planet.
I’ll be here with you on Star 92.1 every Sunday from 2p-7p and I have to say, it feels good to be home.
